Ingredients and Instructions For Rub/ Marinade
In a mortar and pestle combine
6.5g black pepper corn
50g sea salt
½ g dried rosemary
½g dried oregano
4g sweet paprika
3 ½g onion powder
3 ½g garlic powder
Once crushed, apply the salt all over the chicken and inside the chicken aswell!
Instructions and Instructions For Stuffing
1 loaf of continental bread - remove the inside and blend it up
Over medium heat
150g salted butter
3 medium sized chopped/ diced onions
5 diced garlic cloves
8g FRESH thyme
8g FRESH oregano
Once its mixed well, turn off the heat and then add
2 teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon pepper
Place aside and allow to cool down
Take a large handful and fill the inside of the chicken.
